MY STORY

🔄 My Turning Point

At 52, I hit a wall. High blood pressure. High cholesterol. Pre‑diabetes that lingered for years. Even kidney damage from years of neglect and stress. I was on medications, out of alignment, and heading toward a future I didn’t want.

I knew something had to change—so I changed everything.

🛠️ The Transformation

Fast‑forward 9 years, and the story is completely different:
 

  • 44+ lbs of fat lost

  • 20+ lbs of lean muscle gained

  • Every health marker back in range

  • Zero medications

  • Kidneys recovered, blood pressure normal, cholesterol controlled
     

This wasn’t a quick fix. It was discipline, consistency, and a refusal to settle for anything less than the life I wanted.
